The Math Circles of Chicago is a not-for-profit organization that operates on the efforts of graduate students at local universities, undergraduate volunteers, and Chicago Public School teachers.

Our instructors receive a small payment for each session they lead, and each site has a coordinator who is paid similarly. All of the excellent work these staff do is in addition to their ‘day jobs’, done out of love for mathematics and children.

We do not charge any fee to participate in our programs, in order to meet our mission to provide access to math enrichment for kids living anywhere in the city.

We rely on donations to continue our work. If you have the means and are interested in finding out how large a donation would be required say, to sponsor one of our sites, please email to arrange for a conversation with our executive director. If you are ready to make a donation now, please use the link below. Thank you!

Matching Donations   Many employers will match charitable donations made by their employees. If your employer does so, please be sure to request a match for your gift!

Large donations   If you plan to give a donation over $1000, please consider a payment by check to help us avoid heavy credit card transaction fees. Checks can be mailed to: Math Circles of Chicago, 1034 N. Wells, Chicago, IL   60610

Math Circles Of Chicago is a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization.
